Sierra Nevada Beer Camp: Dry-hopped Berliner-Style Weisse

Sierra Nevada Beer Camp: Dry-hopped Berliner-Style Weisse

This beer was highly enjoyable, if you dig sours.  Because it definitely is sour.  And tart, and tangy, and full of citrus and all the flavors one would expect from a Berliner weisse with the added bonus of some nifty hop character in the form of light pine.  Nearly always a session at 4.2% ABV.

Color: Hazy deep straw

Aroma: Dry citrus with light pine

Taste: Lemon curd, tangy yogurt, and bright lemon peel

Finish: Bready with a lemony tang

Body: Light to medium
