The Bruery made this fantastic dessert beer in the same way they make most of their lineup, with mad whimsy.  The combinations are classic; chocolate, raspberry, vanilla, but the outcome is anything but.  They add their signature funkiness to the pot and out comes something spectacular.  And a dessert beer would be nothing without a hefty ABV.  This one is no slouch at 8.0%.

Color: Deep amber

Aroma: Cinnamon, raspberries, chocolate, vanilla, funky ripe foot (that’s right I said foot, and I’m a big fan of that flavor)

Taste: Chocolatey, tart raspberry with vanilla

Finish: Toasty cocoa with tart fruitiness
